You wonder why I say Etisalat sucks? Etisalat blocked some sites of a fantastic artworks. I don't understand why they are doing?!

I've been to Japan third times this summer and I check Pixiv.net, I found bunch of fantastic artworks but nothing wrong with it. I searched my favorite anime and found bunch of fantastic fanarts as well. Then I came back from Japan and check Pixiv.net again, and it's still site blocked?! WTH? It made me REALLY PISSED OFF!!! >:[ LIKE I sent feedback to Etisalat staffs that I said Pixiv is a Japanese community, like artworks, fanarts, novel, etc LIKE 7 TIMES (I think so.) and it's still SITE BLOCKED?! Are they really stupid?! I'm so angry!!! >:[

Note: btw, I'm studying Arabic now, but it's hard to learn. ;_;
